Pilot program of medical-social research and care in Medio Piura initiated in 1994, thanks to cooperation efforts of the PROPERU Association of Pamplona (Spain).
It contributes to improving the quality of life of the most vulnerable and needy population of the hamlets on the right bank of the Piura River, using as a model Comprehensive Health Care, made possible through intense community participation.
