Mission

The mission of the Faculty of Human Medicine of the University of Piura is to be an institution at the service of society, dedicated to training health professionals with a high academic level, leadership, a high sense of the value of the human being, dedicated to generating and disseminating knowledge. scientist throughout his life and to promote the necessary changes that contribute to the socio-health improvement of the population.

She is interested in the development of critical thinking through humanistic training that is based on comprehensive and personalized teaching, with deep bioethical knowledge based on respect for the dignity of the person and their freedom. Promotes fundamental sciences as a means of integration between research and clinical practice, a quality basis for future postgraduate training.
