Bachelor's Degree

To be eligible for the Bachelor's degree, the graduate must meet the following requirements:
– To have passed all subjects and the number of credits established in the Curriculum of the Human Medicine degree.
– The Human Medicine degree program includes, as a mandatory part of its curriculum, the medical internship, therefore accreditation of other types of pre-professional practices is not applicable.
– Demonstrate knowledge of the English language according to the level established by the faculty.

Documentation for obtaining the academic degree of Bachelor

1. Application for the preparation of a Bachelor of Medicine Degree Diploma, duly completed and signed as follows:
– In WORD format.
– Names and surnames as stated in the ID card.
– Digital signature (can be a photo with a white background).

2. Copy of ID card according to the specifications:
– In PDF format.
– Both sides on a single sheet.

3. Personal Data Sheet, according to the specifications:
– In Word format.

4. Photography, according to the specifications:
– In JPG or PNG format.
– Size: width: 240 x height: 288 pixels.
– Maximum size: 4MB.
– In color, white background 100% and without shadows.
– Formal attire.
– Without stamps, alterations, or frames.
– Photographs taken with a cell phone will not be accepted, nor those in which hats, glasses or dark lenses, accessories, or that have gray or opaque backgrounds are used.

5. Copy of the receipt for payment of the academic fee for the bachelor's degree, as follows:
a. Cancel it through the payment platforms, via the following route:
– Payment of services / Pay for service.
– Category: Universities.
– Company: UDEP-Campus Lima.
– Service: Document Processing.
– Correctly indicate the student's ID number.
– Confirm Payment: S/ 1,480.00.

At the time of applying for the Bachelor's Degree, the graduate must be up to date (no outstanding debts) on all payment commitments to the university.
