How to generate your PIN to access the printers?
- Sign in with your UDEP email and password to https://recargaimprime.udep.edu.pe/login/tenant_1?lang=es_ES
- Click on “Generate PIN”.
- A confirmation message will appear. Click on "Yeah".
- The PIN for your access will appear.
- He PIN It will also reach you through a message to your UDEP mail.
Remember:
- The PIN is unique and non-transferable.
- You can't change it.
- If you forgot your PIN, You can repeat the process and generate another one.

⚠️ Important:
• Always enter your UDEP mail when making any recharge.
• If you top up your balance outside of customer service hours (9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.), your balance will be processed the following day.
• The service time (SLA) for refills will not exceed 5 minutes, as long as they are carried out within the technical service hours.

Upload your files in PDF or Word (up to 100 MB) from the portal.

Send your files (PDF or Word, up to 20 MB) to:

- The files will be available by 24 hours.
- You need a 6-digit PIN to use the system, which you can create and modify from the portal. This PIN is personal and non-transferable.
- The PIN is required for print, photocopy or scan on the printing equipment.
