A graduate of the University of Lima with a law degree and a doctorate in law from the University of Navarra (Spain), he has been a full professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Piura since 1993. He has also served as Secretary General and Dean of the Faculty of Law there and is a member of the Constitutional Advisory Commission of the Congress of the Republic. As a researcher, he has contributed numerous publications, including books he has authored and chapters in works on Constitutional Law, both in Peru and abroad. He served as Peru's ambassador to the Republic of Costa Rica.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Piura and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Navarra. She has served as director of the National Museum, the Museum of Italian Art, and the Directorate of Museums and Historical Heritage Management. She has over 30 years of experience teaching Art History. She has been awarded the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic, in the rank of Knight (2002), and the "Meritorious Personality of Culture" medal from the Ministry of Culture of Peru (2018).

A lawyer from the University of Piura and a Doctor of Law from the University of A Coruña (Spain), he is also a graduate of the General Management Program at PAD (Peru). He is a full professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Piura. He has published research in Peru and abroad on Commercial Law and Consumer Law. He is the Director of International Relations at UDEP. He chaired the Consumer Protection Commission of INDECOPI in the Lima North office.

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Piura and a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the Higher School of Engineering at the University of Navarra, Spain. His research focuses on operations and project management. He served as Rector of the University of Piura from 2012 to 2015. He has also held the positions of Vice-Rector of the Lima Campus and Vice-Rector of Research and Academic Affairs. He is a professor in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Piura and previously served as its Dean.

She holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Lima. She studied Humanities at the Centro Internazionale Villa Balestra in Italy. She is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in administrative, accounting, and asset management. She currently works in the real estate sector. She has previously served as Head of Asset Management at the Civil Association for Education and Culture.

He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Piura. He has over 40 years of uninterrupted professional experience. He is the General Manager and co-founder of Ingenium Ingeniería y Construcción SAC. He was the General Manager of the Mexico division and Regional Business Development Manager at Graña y Montero. He also served as a professor at the University of Piura.
