Humanities
The Humanities study and understand human beings and society through their cultural expressions, the arts, philosophy, literature, and history. In this sense, the Faculty's mission is to implement the Humanities Curriculum in all degree programs at the University.
She is also responsible for the Bachelor's Degree in Cultural Management (Piura 2003; Lima 2020) and the Master's Degree in Cultural Management (Lima 2017), being a pioneer in Peru in the training of professionals capable of researching, managing and communicating culture in areas such as heritage, the arts, cultural and creative industries, international cooperation and cultural development, understanding culture as an engine of social transformation and sustainable development.
Similarly, it offers the Psychology degree (Piura 2026; Lima 2015), from a humanistic perspective aimed at comprehensively understanding the person and their relationship with others.
The Faculty also has a PhD in Humanities and other postgraduate programs.
