The program

Women's contributions to organizations are significant and effective. An international study by IPSOS (2025) confirms a positive perception of female leadership in Peru. However, Forbes magazine (2025) presented a survey conducted by Price Waterhouse & Coopers in 83 national and international companies, which revealed that only 28.1% of organizations invest in training for female leadership. PwC (2025) indicates that "only 24.1% of organizations have documented goals for promoting women into leadership roles" (IPSOS, 2025).

A systematic study conducted by K. Sequeiros O. (2025) that includes a variety of countries, including Peru, reveals that female managers generate significant improvements in productivity, profitability, sustainability among other key aspects for the growth of the company.

While female leadership is an important skill, strengthening its essential foundation requires deep self-reflection. Cultivating female empowerment involves understanding the anthropology of female identity, encompassing self-knowledge, life direction, and an intelligent understanding of one's role, with family life as a cross-cutting factor; this strengthens and enables effective leadership.

This program, in addition to developing leadership skills, seeks to transform how women perceive and project themselves in their personal and professional environments. By integrating academic knowledge, practical tools, fieldwork with mentoring hours and experiential learning, we offer comprehensive training that fosters authenticity and empowerment.
positive influence in organizations.

A program designed for professionals who embrace the challenge of genuine growth with a clear life direction. Be part of the change that businesses and society need.
