Events of global impact represent a daily occurrence in the 21st century. Our living conditions have been transformed over the course of the last 25 years as a result of the course of political phenomena, the environmental crisis, the technological boom and economic processes of unprecedented dimensions, even to the point of converting the need for responses to the challenges of the present in primordial horizon.   • Serve as an introduction to the criteria for analyzing political situations with international repercussions and the various transnational problems on the global agenda such as drug trafficking, environmental problems, climate crisis, growth of inequality, international terrorism and other threats to global security.
  • Understand basic notions of the different theories of international relations, the international actors of the new geopolitical order of the globalized world and the strategic role of international organizations and the international community in the governance of problems between nations.
