The University of Piura's specialization program in cultural project management aims to equip cultural professionals with the skills necessary to identify social problems and design innovative and sustainable projects in response. Throughout the course, participants will explore both the theoretical foundations and practical methodologies for creating and implementing cultural projects, from the initial concept to their evaluation.
