REGISTRATION PROCESS 2025-II

Days Phase
From Friday, July 18 to Friday, August 1 Payment of ordinary registration 2025-II and fee 1.
Thursday, July 31 Registration Phase – Group 1
Engineering, Law and Humanities
Friday, August 1st Registration Phase – Group 2
Economic and business Sciences
Monday, August 4th and Tuesday, August 5th Academic load validation phase.
(Payment of registration and first installment, and outstanding debts to date are required). 
 

Friday, August 8

Phase of publication of results of the academic load request. (The time depends on the faculties and academic programs)
Monday, August 11 to Wednesday, August 13 Extraordinary course registration phase. Prior to this phase, you must have paid Enrollment, Fee 1 and outstanding debts.
Monday, August 18 Start of classes

 

Important data:
  • All students may pay their academic tuition fees from Friday, July 18th to Friday, August 1st.
  • To choose subjects (Thursday, July 31 and Friday, August 1, according to your group), the student must enter https://inscripcionlima.udep.edu.pe/login.htm through SIGA. The online registration phase will be available at the following times:
    Group 1: Faculty of Engineering, Law and Humanities, from 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 31.
    Group 2: Faculty of Economics and Business Administration from 9:00 a.m. on Friday, August 1.
  • Only students who have paid their tuition fees up to and including Friday, August 1, will be able to continue their academic workload.
  • To students with outstanding debts from previous cycles (library, substitute-deferred exams, Language Center, etc.) that have not been regularized already Students who have not made the payment of registration and fee 1, on the established dates, the system will automatically dismiss the assigned academic loadHowever, they may request their assignment again during the extraordinary period, from Monday, August 11th to Wednesday, August 13th, after having caught up on their payments. The schedules will be announced by the Faculty.

KEEP IN MIND

The total amount due, in addition to the 2025-II tuition and fee, will include, if applicable: overdue tuition, Language Center fees, library fines, the right to substitute or postponed exams, and other debts.

Important:

  • If the student has an observation of “Academic Separation” or “Voluntary Withdrawal”, please confirm the viability of their registration at the Academic Secretariat of their Faculty before making the first payment.
  • Online registration applications from students with outstanding debts from previous semesters (academic fees, substitute or postponed exams, Language Center, library fees, etc.) will not be approved for academic load on August 7th if they have not paid the tuition and fee 1 by the established dates. Online registration must be requested again during the extraordinary phase, after catching up on outstanding payments.

Foreign students should take into account the following:

  • If your immigration card has less than eight digits, you must prefix the number of zeros necessary to complete these eight digits.
  • If your ID number has more than eight digits, only enter the last eight digits of your Alien Identification Card. If your ID number is your passport number, add six zeros before the number.

PLACES TO PAY TUITION AND FEE 1

• BANKS: BCP, BBVA, SCOTIABANK and INTERBANK. Download the payment procedure here.
• PAYMENT LINK NIUBIZ (payments with debit or credit cards): You can make payment with a credit or debit card from all banks and financial institutions, through the next link.

To enter the portal it is necessary to have access to your child's UDEP email address. The concepts available to pay will be shown as appropriate: Undergraduate, Language Center or Academic Rights. Within each section, the outstanding installments will be broken down, which you can choose from.

Important: We would appreciate it if you could verify that the deposit was made in the indicated account, otherwise your registration will not proceed.
