REGISTRATION PROCESS 2025-II

| Monday, August 4th and Tuesday, August 5th | Academic load validation phase. (Payment of tuition and outstanding debts to date is required) |
| Friday, August 8 | Academic Load Application Results Publication Phase. (Time depends on the faculties and academic programs) |
| From Monday, August 11th to Wednesday, August 13th | Special course registration phase. Prior to this phase, you must have paid your tuition and outstanding debts. |

Important data to consider:- All students will be able to pay their academic tuition fees from Friday, July 18, to Friday, August 1, 2025.
- To choose subjects (Thursday, July 31 and Friday, August 1, according to your group), the student must enter https://inscripcionpiura.udep.edu.pe through SIGA. The online registration phase will be available at the following times:
Group 1: Faculties of Engineering and Education, starting at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 31.
Group 2: Faculties of Economics and Business Administration, Law, Humanities, and Communication, starting at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, August 1. - It is important to consider that, to grant enrollment in a course, the following criteria are taken into account: student cycle, index and academic performance.
- Only students who have paid their tuition fees up to and including Friday, August 1, will be able to continue their academic workload.
- Tuition payment validation will take place on Monday, August 4, at 9:00 a.m. Students who have not paid their tuition will lose their academic load.
- If the student has not paid the registration fee until Friday, August 1, he/she can complete the registration process at the Extraordinary Phase, from Monday, August 11th to Wednesday, August 13th. To participate, you must first pay your tuition and outstanding debts. For this phase, you must follow the guidelines established by each Faculty, which you will find in the SIGA and CANVAS publications.
- If a student has been observed as having "Academic Separation" or "Voluntary Withdrawal," they must confirm their enrollment with the Faculty Secretary's Office before paying their academic fees at the Bank.

Economic Data 2025-II
This is current economic information for undergraduate students, this semester:
- Your tuition bill will include all outstanding debts with the University at the time of payment. If you do not pay by August 1, your online enrollment will be deleted. You may enroll, once you have paid your tuition fees, in coordination with the Pensions Office during the Extraordinary Period (from Monday, August 11 to Wednesday, August 13).
- Starting on the second business day after making your tuition payment, you will be able to pay the first installment of your tuition for the 2025-2 academic period into your BCP, BBVA, Scotiabank, and Interbank pension accounts. We remind you that The deadline to cancel the first installment of regular payments is August 5.
