She has served as Human Resources Manager in well-known Peruvian companies such as Saga Falabella, Cosapi, and Hermes Transportes, among others. She has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Resource Talent Search.

- Juana Huaco García

She also holds a Master's degree in Education with a specialization in Educational Theory and Practice from the University of Piura. She has served as Academic Vice-Rector of the University of Piura. She teaches at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. - Beatriz Vegas Chiyong
