She has served as Human Resources Manager in well-known Peruvian companies such as Saga Falabella, Cosapi, and Hermes Transportes, among others. - Juana Huaco García

She has served as Academic Vice-Rector of the University of Piura. She teaches at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. - Beatriz Vegas Chiyong
