Finance

A good manager must be able to understand the impact of their business decisions on financial results and how finance supports the achievement of their organization's strategic objectives. This requires a clear, deep, and rigorous understanding of financial fundamentals, as well as the professional skills necessary to contribute to other areas of the company by using financial resources effectively.

Human Talent Management

Organizations are made up of people who strive to achieve common goals. Within this context, it is clear that people are the architects of business success, since the proper use of resources depends on their knowledge, skills, and values.
Effective human capital management fosters better employee integration within the organization. By generating greater motivation and leveraging the effective and potential talent of each individual, a more competitive organization is built, better prepared to adapt to the demands of a constantly changing environment.

Marketing

Today's environment presents us with major challenges: consumers are agents of change, competitors are global, and new technologies are changing the way products and services are bought and sold.
The marketing department will provide you with the tools to meet this challenge: generating, communicating, and delivering value to consumers and the company. The consumer is at the heart of our business, and we focus on satisfying their needs, creating an experience that exceeds their expectations, and building long-term relationships.

Operations

The design, management, and direction of a company's operations are key to achieving its sustainability and growth. If operations are not well-designed, it will be impossible to offer products and services that meet market needs. Therefore, business administrators must have a solid understanding of how operations are managed within the company.

Strategy and Governance of Organizations

Strategic planning is a widely used management practice whose objective is to define or review the competitive strategy of each business within the company.
While the central objective revolves around competitive strategy, a necessary condition for sustainability, it is essential to include two aspects that we consider crucial for achieving profitability and sustainability for the company. These two aspects are: the development of operational capabilities; and the commitment of employees to build mutual trust and the trust of stakeholders.

Research

Developing the ability to conduct applied research gives today's professionals a different view of how the world works.
Research skills in professionals allow them to integrate the knowledge acquired during their studies, help them to identify the variables that are important for achieving their goals, and enhance the development of the skills necessary for decision-making and critical thinking.
