Obtaining the degree

Description

To obtain the Master's degree in Talent Management, students are required to complete a research paper on the topic of Talent Management, which must be prepared with academic rigor by all students in the Master's Program. This document is an essential requirement for receiving the academic degree awarded by the Program.

The research work or thesis must be defended by the author on a pre-established date before an ad-hoc tribunal, which will evaluate the work.

Additionally, the student must have passed a total of 48 credits, out of a total of 60 credits for the Master's degree.
