It develops an ethical, philosophical, and humanistic vision that allows understanding the human being in his personal and social dimension, strengthening leadership with responsibility and a sense of the common good.

International Business

Designs and implements internationalization strategies, analyzes trade agreements, manages global logistics operations, and evaluates opportunities in foreign markets. Develops business plans to internationalize Peruvian companies or products. Works in multicultural global teams.

General Administration

Efficiently manages resources, processes and work teams, applying principles of management, planning and control in national and international organizations.

Marketing

Research the international market, identify global business opportunities, and develop strategies to position products and services in international markets. Gain knowledge of international prospecting and sales.

Data science

It applies quantitative, statistical, and technological tools to analyze data and support business decision-making based on reliable evidence and projections.

Accounting and Finance

Records, interprets, and analyzes accounting information to evaluate the company's financial and economic situation and support strategic decisions. Assesses the company's profitability, liquidity, and financial sustainability. Designs investment, financing, and risk management strategies in national and international contexts.

Law

It encompasses the legal framework that regulates business and commercial activities, identifying legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance in local and international operations.

Economy

It analyzes market behavior, international economic policy, and factors affecting the global business environment in order to anticipate trends and make informed decisions.

Company governance

Formulates and executes long-term organizational strategies, promoting sustainability, collaborative leadership, and the generation of business value.

Research

Formulates and develops applied research projects in the field of international business, from problem identification to proposing solutions supported by empirical evidence. Applies qualitative and quantitative methodological tools to analyze markets, evaluate export or import opportunities, and support strategic decisions with academic rigor.

With the expansion of foreign trade and the signing of numerous trade agreements, the country faces a growing need for professionals specializing in international business. By 2025, more than 5,400 professionals will be required in Lima and northern Peru, opening up concrete employment opportunities for graduates.
