Candidate profile for the program


The Master's program in Talent Management is multidisciplinary in nature, and is therefore aimed at professionals from different careers who wish to obtain a specialization in the area of personnel.

In this sense, we believe it may be of interest to directors of personnel departments who require an update of their knowledge and training, directors of other areas of the company who want to acquire knowledge of people management, independent professionals; and entrepreneurs who want to develop skills in people management.

 

Graduate profile


The graduate must have knowledge in all three training blocks:

  • Specifics: which will allow you to manage a personnel area or department, implement the processes specific to the area: admission, performance evaluation, development, compensation and benefits, among others.
  • Specialty: design a personnel management system with an anthropological approach, as well as define management strategies and policies that allow for the development of workers and their identification with the company.
  • Generals: to carry out a diagnosis of personnel management, identifying problems and their causes, and to propose viable alternative solutions.
