The complexity of organizational environments is constantly increasing. The workplace is inherently dynamic, global, diverse, and technological, and professional responsibilities are increasingly carried out as a team rather than individually. For this reason, it is essential to have professionals who can manage personnel effectively to build a competitive and ethically responsible organization.
The Piura Region is a development hub, with an estimated population of 2 million and a large number of companies not only in the agro-industrial sector that has always characterized it, but also in other productive sectors. All these companies need personnel specialized in human resource management. It is precisely this need that gave rise to this proposal, since although other universities in the region offer a range of Master's degrees in other areas, Piura did not offer a Master's in Talent Management. In this sense, our Master's program is the first of its kind offered by a university in the region.
The Master's Degree in Talent Management It offers a strategic vision of human resource management and develops an in-depth understanding of the specific processes within this area. It examines the most effective methods for identifying, evaluating, and recruiting the most suitable personnel, as well as new trends and techniques for training, promotion, and compensation, with numerous examples and solved and discussed case studies. Furthermore, it addresses the more technical aspects of human resource management, such as recruitment and social security obligations.
