Eng. Victor Anyosa
PMP, MBA, PMI Leadership Master, President of PMB Consulting Peru, Chile, and the Dominican Republic, a consulting firm specializing in project management, engineering, and construction. He holds an MBA from MIT (USA), a postgraduate degree in leadership from PMI (Europe), and is a certified PMP with over 20 years of experience in business, construction, and mining projects. With expertise in mining and energy, he has led portfolios exceeding US$1 billion in copper and hydroelectric power plants. He has worked for Freeport-McMoRan (USA) and was the PMO Manager for the El Platanal Hydroelectric Plant (CAPEX US$350 million). Fernando Talavera Sotillo

Eng. León C. López Avilés
Civil Engineer, MBA, PMP, ATP Trainer with over 35 years of experience in planning, scheduling, estimating, and controlling construction projects. With 20 years of field experience and 15 years in studies and engineering, he has acquired extensive knowledge in project management across all phases of the lifecycle, encompassing mining, oil and gas, infrastructure (roads, bridges, transmission lines), and urban development. He has participated in projects exceeding US$3 billion under EPC and EPCM models. Currently, he advises on contractual disputes and arbitrations.

Eng. Rubén Galvez
MP, a Civil Engineer from PUCP with a Master's in Business Administration from UPC, has 17 years of experience in mining and infrastructure projects. He has served as Project Manager at Minera Ares, part of the Hochschild Group, for the past six years, leading mining operations in Peru and Argentina. His experience includes earthmoving projects, tailings dam construction and raising, and tailings pumping systems. He was in charge of project control at Lima Airport Partner (2005-06) with a portfolio of US$1,440 million. He also worked as Production Manager at Cosapi, JJC, and Minera San Martín. He is proficient in planning, control, contract administration, and PMI and Lean Construction standards.
