Strategic plan

The Strategic Plan is a document that sets out the pillars and operational capabilities that the Faculty of Engineering considers fundamental in planning its activities in the coming years.

It is not intended to be a meticulously detailed implementation plan, rather it is a consensus document, among all interest groups of the Faculty, in which the main lines of action that will guide our progress in the short and medium term are specified. . 

The Strategic Plan is made up of Pillars and Operational Capacities: 

Pillars:

1. Highly trained and motivated staff.
2. Curriculum that includes a solid comprehensive training aimed at developing an entrepreneurial spirit and soft skills.
3. Internationalization.
4. Innovation and Research.

Operational capabilities:

1. Educational service.
2. Internal and external visibility.
3. Orderly and sustainable growth.
