General Manager of PM&B Consulting in Peru and Chile. Industrial Engineer (PUCP), Master of Business Administration (MBA) (Universidad Pacífico), and Master in Global and Multicultural Leadership (PMI – Europe). Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Risk Management Professional (RMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI – USA), Certified Scrum Master (CSM, Agile Project Management Methodology) by the Scrum Alliance – USA, ITIL (IT Services) certified by EXIN – Europe, and Authorized Training Partner (ATP) by the PMI. Currently a doctoral student in Education and University Teaching at the Postgraduate Unit of UNMSM (Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos).

He has 25 years of professional experience in the Information Technology, Insurance, Healthcare, Energy (hydroelectric and oil), Hydrocarbons, Mining, and Construction sectors. He is an expert in Predictive and Agile project management, PMO (Project Management Office), auditing international contracts aligned with FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) standards, project and contract management expertise, and ISO 9001 Internal Auditor.
Over the past 15 years, he has led the implementation of the project and portfolio management methodology aligned with the PMI in Insurance Companies, Oil Companies in the Management of Oil Well Drilling, State Companies, Hydroelectric Power Plants, Hydrocarbons, Construction and Mining Companies, at the Latin American level.

 

Victor Anyosa, PMP, MBA, PMI Leadership Master

President of PMB Consulting Peru, Chile, and the Dominican Republic, a consulting and training firm specializing in project management, engineering, and construction. He holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) – USA, a postgraduate leadership certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in Europe, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). With over 20 years of professional experience, he has cultivated a project management culture and led large-scale projects adhering to PMI standards in sectors such as business, construction, and mining. He has extensive experience in mining and energy, leading project portfolios exceeding $1 billion in mining (copper) and energy (hydroelectric power plants). He has developed projects for Freeport-McMoRan (USA), the world's second-largest copper producer. He served as PMO Manager for the construction of the El Platanal Hydroelectric Power Plant, a project with a capital expenditure of $350 million USD. He is currently a member of the management team for a new gold and silver mining project with an investment exceeding USD 400 million, which is about to begin operations (Start-Up). He has extensive experience in the development of engineering, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up processes for a plant. He has developed interdisciplinary construction process sequences at the mining plant level and their relationship to engineering. He has defined the engineering development sequence to ensure integrated engineering. He has experience in managing costs, schedules, and recovery programs for construction projects. He is an expert in the development of EPC and EPCM contracts, with applications in mining projects in the country. He created the Engineering and Contract Management Diploma program (FIDIC) in collaboration with the University of Piura.

 

León C. López Avilés, Civil Engineer, MBA, PMP, Trainer ATP (Authorized Training Partner)

Civil Engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, MBA, PMP®, PhD candidate in Project Management, with over 45 years of experience in planning, scheduling, estimating and control, risk management, construction projects, project management, contract management, and dispute resolution. He holds Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Authorized Training Partner (ATP®) certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI®).
He has specialized training in public works contracts, private contracts, FIDIC® contracts and NEC® contracts.
General Manager and Senior Consultant at LLV Consultores®, recognized in the Peruvian market as one of the top 3 companies in technical support for contractual litigation.
Professor at the most important universities in the country in the subjects of project management and contract management.
Exhibitor for PMB Consulting Group and UDEP for more than ten years.
Consultant in contract management, technical expert in national and international arbitration processes. Adjudicator for JRD, JPRD and DAB.

 

Rubén Gálvez, PMP. Civil Engineer, MBA.

Licensed Civil Engineer, Executive with 19 years of experience in Mining and Infrastructure projects (11 years in Project Management – 9 as Project Manager – and 8 in Construction). Proficient in PMI and Lean Construction standards. Project Manager for mining operations in Peru and Argentina. Experience in Earthworks projects such as the construction and raising of tailings and waste rock dams, as well as tailings pumping systems and paste backfill plants. Responsible for Project Control at Lima Airport Partner, 2005-06, managing a US$1,440 million project portfolio. Responsible for financial control and government reporting. Production Manager for concrete and earthworks projects for major contracting companies in the market (Cosapi, JJC, and Minera San Martin). Participation in the following projects: Southern Smelter Modernization (2005), Construction of Ponds in Alto Chicama – Barrick (2004), Infrastructure Works for Cemento Andino (2001), Villa el Salvador Hospital (2000), Thermal Power Plant in Mollendo for Egasa (1999), and New Interbank Headquarters (1998). PMI and Lean Construction Standards. Competencies in Planning and Control, Costs and Contract Administration.

 

Jany Hurtado, Civil Engineer, MBA, PM

Civil Engineer from UNI with over 19 years of experience leading projects in the real estate, infrastructure, mining, and retail sectors in Peru and Morocco. Specialist in the construction of gyms and sports centers for international fitness brands. MBA from Centrum PUCP, with Master's degrees in Finance (Universidad del Pacífico) and Leadership (EADA – Spain). PMP certified for over 10 years and member of Beta Gamma Sigma. Currently a Project Manager, risk management consultant, and postgraduate professor at UDEP. I work in Spanish, English, and French, leading multicultural teams with a strategic and results-oriented approach.
