He has defined the engineering development sequence to ensure integrated engineering. He has experience in managing costs, schedules, and recovery programs for construction projects. He is an expert in the development of EPC and EPCM contracts, with applications in mining projects in the country. He created the Engineering and Contract Management Diploma program (FIDIC) in collaboration with the University of Piura.
