Javier Pajares

Professor of Business Organization at the University of Valladolid. Doctor of Industrial Engineering from the University of the Basque Country and Industrial Engineer from the University of Valladolid. He is certified as a Project Director level C, by the International Project Management Association (AEIPRO – IPMA). Specialist in Project Management and Innovation Management. He has been coordinator of the Master in Project Management at the University of Valladolid for more than 10 years. His research activity is carried out within the INSISOC Research Group. Author of numerous articles in international scientific journals, aimed at project management and control, and the development of methodologies and competencies for the management of Digital Revolution projects. He has been and is director and researcher in R&D projects with European, national and regional financing, as well as projects with private financing in the fields of management of technology companies.

She is currently the Vice-Rector of Quality Assurance at the Universidad Autónoma de Chile.

José M. Díaz Puente

José M. Díaz Puente

PhD, professor and coordinator of European master's and doctoral programs at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. His research focuses on participatory methodologies for policy planning, evaluation, and management, with an emphasis on rural and socioeconomic development. He received the 2003 Europe Prize for his contributions to the evaluation and planning of European policies. He completed his postgraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, and Stanford University. He is the author of over 100 scientific publications and a member of the American Evaluation Association since 2005.

Manuel Aparicio Peña

Manuel Aparicio Peña

He holds a PhD in Agricultural Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He is a career civil servant in the Senior Corps of Nuclear Safety and Radiological Protection of the Nuclear Safety Council. Currently, he works as a Technical Advisor for International Relations in the Technical Office of the President of the Nuclear Safety Council. He is an associate professor in the Department of Agroforestry Engineering at the Projects Unit of the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

Cintya Manrique Anticona

Cintya Manrique Anticona

Cintya Manrique is an agricultural engineer with a master's degree in Project Management and Evaluation and is a predoctoral researcher at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM). Her research focuses on agri-food trade, sustainability, and human well-being. She currently manages R&D at the UPM's Digital Competence Center. She has participated in European H2020 and Erasmus+ projects and collaborates as an assistant professor in project evaluation and scientific writing. Previously, she worked at an agricultural institution in Peru, specializing in irrigation infrastructure in rural areas.

Agricultural engineer and PhD in Projects and Planning. Professor in the Rural Projects and Planning Unit at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, where he is also the academic secretary. He has participated in more than 30 development and planning projects in Europe and Latin America. Since 2012, he has been the secretary of the Spanish Association of Engineering and Project Management (AEIPRO) and a driving force behind the Special Interest Group on Project Training. Certified as PM2 Advanced by the PM2 Global Alliance and how Project Manager (level C) by the International Project Management Association.

Susana Guerrero Ocampo

Susana B. Guerrero Ocampo

PhD in Rural Development Project Planning and Sustainable Management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. She has participated in European projects such as Liaison and Inclustem, focused on rural innovation and the integration of refugee students in STEM universities. She has published in scientific journals and received the award for “Best Master's Thesis in Sustainable Human Development” in 2020. She has worked in the International Cooperation Office at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and at UNICEF Spain. She has also collaborated with the Peruvian Agency for International Cooperation and provides consulting services in project and program evaluation.

He holds a PhD in Rural Development Project Planning and Sustainable Management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, an international master's degree in Rural Development, and a master's degree in Local Development. He has a background in Humanities and Social Work. Since 2015, he has been a research professor and dean at the University of Castilla-La Mancha. He participates in international programs and has conducted research on social innovation and sustainable rural development. With over 30 years of experience, he has led community and rural development programs, managed European funds, and coordinated inter-municipal projects. His work focuses on improving the quality of life in rural communities through innovation and sustainability.

Jesus Lopez Santiago

Jesus Lopez Santiago

A Doctor of Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Engineer, and professor at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, he has over twenty years of teaching experience in engineering projects, rural development planning, and environmental sustainability and management. He has supervised more than twenty Master's and Bachelor's theses and has taught internationally at the University of São Paulo (Brazil) and the University of Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). His research focuses on agro-industrial environmental sustainability and rural development project management, with twelve JCR Q1 and Q2 publications, a recognized six-year research period, and an h-index of 4 (WoS). He also has thirty years of professional experience as an agricultural engineer, including his work in Peru as technical manager of several environmental projects in the Tingo María area, as well as eight and a half years as General Manager of the Sierra Oeste de Madrid Local Action Group, dedicated to managing European rural development programs such as LEADER and PRODER, an organization whose Board of Directors he currently serves on.

He has experience as an undergraduate and graduate professor in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Piura. He has also served as Pipeline Manager, Conchán Refinery Manager, PMRT Superintendent, Corporate Manager of Planning, Management, and Risk, and Leader of the Organizational Design and Change Management Team for the operation of the new Talara Refinery at PETROPERU. He is currently part of the Turnaround team at the new Talara Refinery, participating in the planning and execution of highly complex plant shutdowns.

Industrial Engineer and second specialty in Agroindustry from the University of Piura (UDEP). She was dean of the Faculty of Engineering and executive director of International Affairs at UDEP. She has been a winner of the Quality Management Program Scholarship, a full member of the Pan American Academy of Engineering, and a member of the Emerging Leaders for the Americas mission. She is currently academic vice chancellor at the University of Piura, president for Peru of the IAESTE International Program and Renacyt researcher.

Work experience in research and consulting projects in the area of statistics and operations research. Among his most recent projects with the industry is related to process monitoring and models for prediction in agro-industrial companies. His research has been published in scientific journals and presented at academic conferences relevant to his field of research. She is a project evaluator for the UNMSM research project program competition and is part of the board of directors of the international statistical engineering association, ISEA.

Dante Guerrero Chanduví

He holds a PhD in Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, a Master's degree in Education from the University of Piura, and a Master's degree in Engineering specializing in sustainable development projects from the Polytechnic University of Madrid; he is also an Industrial Engineer and holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Piura. He has spearheaded approximately 30 development projects in collaboration with international partners. He is a RENACYT researcher and the author of over 40 scientific articles.
Since 1989 he held several government positions at the University of Piura, directed the implementation of the Steering Committee of the schools from UDEP and later was President of Piura 450, the current promoter of the Turicará and Vallesol schools in Piura and Algarrobos and Ceibos in Chiclayo.
He was Vice President of the Peruvian Association of Project Management (APDP), now IPMA Peru, and was also the first national evaluator in the certification of skills in project management.
He is currently a Full Professor with over 40 years of experience as a university professor, Director of the Master's Program in Project Management and Vice-Rector of the University of Piura.
