Presentation

Companies need Project Directors, with strategic vision, who know how to direct them effectively, applying innovative processes and professional skills, to achieve successful management.

The demanding work environment requires that global companies and organizations know at all times the real status of the projects they are involved in, their scope, risks and results. The figure of the project manager takes on fundamental importance, since companies need professionals who know how to manage complex projects effectively in order to be successful.

Project managers manage their projects, programs and portfolios in a rapidly changing context with many stakeholders and external influencing factors. The projects are more numerous, more complex and of a more varied nature.

All of this has raised the demand for an appropriate standard of professional behavior, in which personal attitudes have acquired special prominence along with the satisfactory treatment of the organizational, economic and social context of the project.
