The year 2026 is approaching, bringing new opportunities and challenges, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) need a clear roadmap to achieve their goals. This intensive, hands-on workshop is specifically designed for SME entrepreneurs and managers looking to translate their strategic ideas into concrete, measurable business tactics. Over 24 hours of practical learning, this workshop will guide you step-by-step in creating a robust and adaptable marketing plan that will help you optimize the use of your company's limited resources to reach your business objectives by 2026.

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Understanding the importance of business planning in the current and future context of SMEs.
  • Analyze the market environment, identify key trends, and conduct an internal and external diagnosis of your company.

  • Develop a detailed tactical action plan for the implementation of the business strategy.

Certification
  • Certificate of approval: It will be given to participants who have passed the program with a minimum grade of twelve (12) and who meet more than 70% of class attendance.
  • Certificate of Participation: This will be awarded to participants who do not pass the program but have attended more than 70% classes. Only one certificate will be issued, corresponding to the student's results. The certificate does not indicate the final grade obtained.
