Real estate market segmentation and city analysis – focusing on place branding: How it is measured and the different concepts of city and real estate market segmentation, the relationship between the product and the city, and a group task will be assigned to carry out an urban analysis of Piura and surrounding areas in order to begin to characterize the city brand. |
