Issue Hours
1. Chronology and structure of the real estate market (supply route and demand route: How the real estate market evolved in Peru and how the production and purchase process of real estate is structured with the aim of identifying stakeholders and understanding risk scenarios. 1
2. Understanding urban parameters, concepts, ratios, and criteria for understanding a capacity: concepts, criteria, and insights for the proper interpretation of urban parameters, focusing on a vertical capacity due to its greater degree of complexity. 1
3. Real estate market segmentation and city analysis – focusing on place branding: How it is measured and the different concepts of city and real estate market segmentation, the relationship between the product and the city, and a group task will be assigned to carry out an urban analysis of Piura and surrounding areas in order to begin to characterize the city brand. 1
4. Workshop on reviewing practical capacity cases – of the 2-hour class (2 to 3 cases can be reviewed each hour) – Participants must sign their cases and structure a 5-10 minute presentation explaining: Location, zoning, competition and finally the hypothesis. 1
5. Review of urban analysis and city brand proposal: up to 2 or 3 city brand presentations that were assigned as group work will be reviewed. 1
