Felipe Meléndez, Eng., MBA, PMP, PMI – RMP, SCRUM Master
  • General Manager of PM&B Consulting in Peru and Chile. Industrial Engineer (PUCP), Master of Business Administration (MBA) (Universidad Pacífico), and Master in Global and Multicultural Leadership (PMI – Europe). Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Risk Management Professional (RMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI – USA), Certified Scrum Master (CSM, Agile Project Management Methodology) by the Scrum Alliance – USA, ITIL (IT Services) certified by EXIN – Europe, and Authorized Training Partner (ATP) by the PMI. Currently a doctoral student in Education and University Teaching at the Postgraduate Unit of UNMSM (Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos).

Leon Lopez, Eng. PMP
  • Civil engineer, he is an outstanding Project Management professional, with more than 35 years of experience in planning, scheduling, estimation and control in construction projects and studies of all sizes.
  • With over 20 years of field work and 15 years in study and engineering stages, he has developed a broad and comprehensive knowledge in project management in all phases of the life cycle and in various industries such as mining, oil, infrastructure (roads, bridges, transmission lines) and urban building.
  • His experience in professional practice in various projects, as well as in investment portfolios, totals a list of projects to date of over 3,000 MM of investment in the modalities of EPC, EPCM, Construction, as well as in stages of conceptual, basic and detailed engineering with clients that include large international private conglomerates and state companies.

 

Hector Varas, Engineer, MBA, PMP
  • Master in Business Administration from ESAN, Systems Engineer from the National University of Engineering, CIP-72026, PMP certified by the PMI, with twenty-five years of professional experience and solid experience in Project Management.
  • Leader in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, and Project Management; with extensive experience in multinational and local companies in the banking, retail, education, and service sectors, in both private and public organizations. Focused on achieving objectives aligned with business strategy.
  • Solid experience continues in teaching and training in Project Management for the last 9 years, in workshops and Postgraduate courses in prestigious institutions.
  • Active member of the PMI and former member of the Board of Directors of the PMI Lima Peru Chapter in the position of Vice President of Events.

 

Vicente Granadino, Eng., MBA, PMP
  • Advisor to the Executive Presidency of MINAGRI – Sierra Exportadora. University Professor in Master's and International Diploma Programs in Project Management at renowned universities. Member of the ISO 21500 Project Management Standardization Subcommittee. President of the PMI Lima Peru Chapter in 2011-2012. Former Deputy Manager of IT Application Management at Banco de Crédito BCP.
  • Consultant with over 25 years of experience in the successful management of large-scale portfolios in banking, finance, IT, civil construction, and the public sector, and 12 years of experience implementing PMI project portfolios. He has implemented CMMI and PMI process improvement models.
  • Industrial Engineer, MBA from CENTRUM PUCP. PMP® Certification (PMI). Specialization in Management Skills Development, UPC. Teaching Skills Program, ESAN. NLP Practitioner Certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming from the International Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (IANLP).

 

Victor Anyosa, PMP, MBA, PMI Leadership Master
  • President of PMB Consulting Peru, Chile, and the Dominican Republic, a consulting and training firm specializing in project management, engineering, and construction. He holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) – USA, a postgraduate leadership certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in Europe, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). With over 20 years of professional experience, he has cultivated a project management culture and led large-scale projects adhering to PMI standards in sectors such as business, construction, and mining. He has developed projects for Freeport-McMoRan (USA), the world's second-largest copper producer. He served as PMO Manager for the construction of the El Platanal Hydroelectric Plant, a project with a capital expenditure of US$350 million. He is currently a member of the management team for a new gold and silver mining project. He has been an active contributor to the PMI since 2003, served as President of the PMI Lima Peru Chapter from 2007 to 2008, and has led PMI project management professional communities.

 

Jany Hurtado, Civil Engineer, MBA, MG, PMP
  • Master in Strategic Business Administration (MBA) from CENTRUM Católica, International Master in Leadership from the EADA School of High Management and Administration Spain, Civil Engineer from the National University of Engineering (UNI), CIP – 099919, certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute.
  • He has 17 years of professional experience and solid experience in Infrastructure Project Management, focused on optimizing productivity and continuous process improvement, implementing management tools to increase profitability and innovation in companies under the PMBOK guidelines and the Lean Construction philosophy.
  • Expert in planning and control software such as MS-Project and Primavera. He has actively participated in large-scale EPC projects such as the Tambomayo, Las Bambas, Antapaccay, and Orcopampa processing plants, as well as real estate and retail projects in Lima.
