Currently, the payment method for tuition and academic pension fee 1 is given exclusively in the Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP). The bank, via the website or application, will request the DNI or immigration card of the student.

Important

This account will only be active on registration dates (July 27 to August 3, 2020).

For the second installment onwards, payment is enabled through the applications or websites of the following banking entities: BCP, BBVA, Scotiabank. By following the process indicated below, the information corresponding to the student's pension will be automatically uploaded.

If you need to make a partial payment, from the second installment onwards, you can do so through this option. It is necessary to contact the pension office so that an executive can provide you with a personalized link.

Important
In order for the University to confirm the payment, it is necessary to send the scanned voucher or the digital receipt with the student's data (full name and ID) to the Pensions Office to be able to update the financial information in the system.

We offer you a payment solution that accepts all credit and debit cards and is compatible with cards from any bank.

Considerations:

  • The company that provides the online payment service to the University of Piura is Pagolink NIUBIZ.
  • To make full payments of the fees, it is important to verify the corresponding amount in the documentation sent from the Pension Office.
  • If, due to the current context, partial pension payments are required, it is necessary to send proof of payment and the student's information (ID and full name) to Cajacampuslima@udep.edu.pe to update information in the system.

How to make the payment?

  • To make the payment, you must request the link to the Caja UDEP Lima email (Cajacampuslima@udep.edu.pe). The card has to be enabled by your bank for online purchases, and have the necessary balance.
  • Once you have received the link, you must enter the requested data in the form. The application will request personal banking information. This information is confidential and will be stored only by the provider. The University will not have access to your personal information.
  • You will receive an email confirming the accepted or denied payment. It is necessary to keep said proof of payment in the mail for any subsequent eventuality.

In case of an error in the payment, you can request its cancellation until 5:00 pm of the same day to the Caja Lima email. For cancellations requested after the indicated time, the times scheduled by Pagolink Niubiz will be communicated.

Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card membership to make scheduled payments

This modality allows you to affiliate the data of a credit or debit card Visa or Mastercard in a form. With this information, the Pension Office will contact the owner of the card to schedule the payment of pensions from the second installment of the cycle.

Considerations:

  • The company that provides the online payment service to the Undergraduate Pension Office is Pagolink NIUBIZ.
  • It is necessary to keep proof of membership in the mail for any eventuality later.

Thanks to an agreement between the University of Piura and American Express, the automatic debit service is provided. To request this action, you must contact the Pension Office.
