1. Profile from the candidate to the program

The Diploma in Management and Administration of Educational Institutions is aimed at Education professionals who are part of the management teams of educational institutions and specialists from the UGEL of Sechura.

The applicant must meet the following profile:

• To hold a degree in Education
• Belonging to management teams of educational institutions and teams of specialists of the UGEL Sechura.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and prudence in decision-making, based on ethical and professional values.
• Being able to solve educational problems.
• Having a good disposition for abstract reasoning and rational processes of analysis and synthesis.
• Apply critical and flexible thinking.
• Be willing to face unstructured problems that require conducting research activities and devising novel strategies.
• Having the ability to relate to people in different environments.

2. Graduate Profile

At the end of the diploma program, students will be able to:

• MIncorporate the theoretical and practical foundations of process and results management into the construction of your Educational Institution's management documents. 
• To support management practice based on knowledge of the characteristics of their students and different pedagogical, disciplinary, didactic and curricular frameworks.
• To direct and guide pedagogical processes in a flexible manner, fulfilling an advisory and pedagogical leadership role, motivating interest in learning, making creative, critical and reflective use of knowledge through situated strategies. 
• To promote research into teaching practice and management practices, in order to strengthen the processes ofand innovation and improvement.
