The Master's program in Education with a specialization in Tutoring and Family Counseling focuses on training education professionals who understand the fundamental principles and dimensions of the individual, from the perspective of Harmonious Development of Personal Identity (HDPI), to improve educational practices in close collaboration with families and parents, specifically as central agents in children's education. Therefore, it primarily aims to prepare education professionals to guide, prevent, and propose innovative solutions within the education-family relationship. It also seeks to develop the research profile of educators so they can address educational issues related to the family context of students and family members.

Program candidate profile

This distinction is aimed at education professionals who hold the official DAIP program diploma, formally recognized through an agreement between Identitas (Spain) and UDEP (Peru). Thus, specialized training in family education and tutoring forms the core of this program, complemented by the humanistic and research-based training offered by the Faculty of Education Sciences at the University of Piura.
