Dr. Francisco Bobadilla

(Specialist in the anthropological, ethical, and legal approach to human behavior.)

Doctor of Law from the University of Zaragoza (Spain) and Master of Laws with a specialization in Civil Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. He is a tenured professor at the University of Piura, where he has also served as Assistant Vice-Rector. He possesses extensive experience in management, integrating his solid academic background with a humanistic perspective.

Master Pedro Katayama

(Expert in Organizational Governance and Business Management.)

PhD candidate in Organizational Governance and Master in Business Administration from PAD – Business School of the University of Piura. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, with over 15 years of management experience in the automotive sector, leading Marketing and Service departments. He currently works as a full-time professor in the Department of Corporate Governance at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the University of Piura, and as a Business Management consultant. He received a scholarship to study in Japan for 10 months at Shizuoka Toyota.

Master César Cáceres

(Expert in Strategic Leadership and Leadership Development in Complex Environments.)

Master's degree in Business Administration from PAD – Business School of the University of Piura. Specialist in Leadership Development from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. CEO, Founder, and Researcher of the STEP Global Consortium project. Former Director of the Business Administration Academic Program at the University of Piura. Co-founder and Past President of the International Federation for Family Development – IFFD Peru, an organization with consultative status at the UN, and currently a member of the International Advisory Council of the Másfamilia Foundation, based in Madrid.

Dr. Pilar García Tamariz

(PhD in Government and Organizational Culture.)

PhD in Government and Organizational Culture from the University of Navarra. Master's degree in Government and Organizational Culture from the University of Navarra. Master's degree in Knowledge Management and Human Capital from CEPADE, Polytechnic University of Madrid. Experience in human talent management in commercial companies. Lecturer at the undergraduate and graduate levels at UDEP.

Mgtr. Sonia Igei

(Specialist in Human Resource Management, HR and Organizational Development.)

Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School (Barcelona) and Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP). Founding partner of Focus Gestión Humana and associate consultant at Manpower (Barcelona), with extensive experience in talent management. Postgraduate lecturer at various universities, where she contributes to the training of professionals in areas related to human resources and organizational development.

Mgtr. Makaly Rivera

(Expert in Business Development and Organizational Transformations.)

Master's degree from Maastricht School of Management and CENTRUM PUCP Business School. Entrepreneur, consultant, and business advisor with extensive experience in business development and organizational transformation. Angel investor and mentor to professionals, she combines her strategic work with teaching in postgraduate programs. She is the author of two books on professional development and leadership, establishing herself as a leading expert in supporting individuals and organizations through growth and sustainable change.

Ms. Sussy de los Ríos

(Specialist in Talent Management and Employee Experience.)

 

Doctoral candidate in Education. International Master's in Strategic Management and Leadership from CENTRUM PUCP, with specialization from IE Business School (Spain). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Piura and certified as a Business Coach by EADA Business School (Barcelona). She has over 14 years of experience in human talent management and personal development, leading people-centered organizational transformation processes. She is the author of the book Great Employee Experience, which addresses key aspects of building meaningful and sustainable work environments.
