Specialized Program in Managerial Leadership

Module 1: The Company: The Human Organization

This module allows understanding the person from their nature, motivations and needs, analyzing the impact of relational dynamics on the work environment, thus allowing for improved decision-making based on the organization's objective, such as the well-being of the staff.

Module 2: Management Processes

This module emphasizes decision-making, communication, delegation, and team leadership to identify areas for improvement that enable them to effectively manage organizational objectives, fostering unity and developing talent through leadership.

Module 3: Moral Capital and Human Excellence

From an anthropological perspective, this module allows for the identification of the ethical competencies and personal virtues that underpin ethical leadership. It strengthens the coherence between the leader's being and actions, guiding decision-making to be based on professional, organizational, and personal responsibility.

Module 4: Talent Management

This module integrates tools geared towards the development of individuals and teams, including competency-based selection, effective delegation and constructive feedback, strengthening their capacity to drive professional growth and organizational performance.

*One class hour is equivalent to 45 minutes.
