Ms. Sussy de los Ríos

Doctoral candidate in Education. International Master's in Strategic Management and Leadership from CENTRUM PUCP, with specialization from IE Business School (Spain). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Piura and certified as a Business Coach by EADA Business School (Barcelona). She has over 14 years of experience in human talent management and personal development, leading people-centered organizational transformation processes. She is the author of the book Great Employee Experience, which addresses key aspects of building meaningful and sustainable work environments.
