Fourth module: Cultural Transformation in the Digital Age

Fifth module: Compensation

Sixth module: Talent Disengagement

Legal framework for job termination in Peru, ethical and human management of the exit process, and implementation of Outplacement programs to support the professional transition of terminated individuals.
