International Program in Talent Management

The program

Talent management has become one of the greatest strategic challenges for modern organizations. Unwanted staff turnover, the difficulty in identifying and selecting suitable candidates, and the emergence of new technologies such as artificial intelligence in the human resources function demand that professionals in this area act with urgency, sound judgment, and a forward-looking vision. Companies that lack talent managers prepared to face this scenario lose competitiveness and waste resources on inefficient processes.

Managing talent effectively today requires mastering the entire people lifecycle within the organization: from strategic attraction and selection, through development, employee experience, and compensation, to responsible offboarding. But it also demands incorporating People Analytics tools and artificial intelligence for data-driven decision-making, understanding the dynamics of different generations in the workplace, and leading cultural transformation processes that foster team engagement and high performance.

To contribute to the development of professionals capable of transforming organizations through their people, the University of Piura presents the International Specialized Program in Talent Management. Through six modules designed with academic rigor and a practical approach, participants will develop skills to attract and retain talent, design compensation strategies, implement People Analytics, lead multigenerational teams, and manage each stage of the talent lifecycle with a strategic, global, and deeply human vision—a hallmark of the University of Piura.
