Dr. Matilde Fernandez

He holds NACE certifications in the following courses: Internal Corrosion, Integrity Management (PCIM), Corrosion Control in the Refining Industry, and Cathodic Protection I and II. He has published over 60 articles in internationally recognized peer-reviewed journals indexed in the Science Citation Index and over 80 papers presented at conferences. He has been an invited speaker at national and international conferences in Venezuela, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador. Currently, he is President and Technical Manager of INTERNATIONAL CORROSION SERVICE AND SUPPLY INCORS SAC. In October 2016, he received the Professional Distinction Award from NACE Latin America in recognition of his contributions to the scientific understanding of corrosion and its control. |
