The program

The Specialization Program in Maintenance Engineering and Asset Management aims to ensure that professionals involved in this field adequately address the challenges of today's industry, which translate, among other aspects, into the optimal use of resources (economic, human, material and spare parts), the continuous improvement of processes and, above all, the guarantee of asset operation; all without losing sight of the business perspective.

Aim

Train professionals to optimally manage the organization's assets through the implementation of the different strategies and methodologies provided by the current tools and experiences available today.
Develop and implement a maintenance and asset management model appropriate to your specific processes accompanied by a support organization for optimal decision making.
Design the various maintenance and asset management strategies, manage the maintenance and asset management optimization methodologies (TPM, RCM, RBM, etc.).
Direct the most appropriate maintenance strategy, based on the use of technical indicators (RAMS), management indicators (MPrv/MC, etc.), and quality tools (AMEF, Pareto, etc.), based on cycle optimization life of the assets and supported with computer tools to achieve operational excellence and the highest levels of competitiveness.

Managers, superintendents, chiefs, planners, programmers, supervisors, professionals and technicians related to the maintenance function of facilities, equipment and industrial services, of manufacturing companies and service companies.
People who have extensive business experience in executive positions or in consulting activities in the same areas.
