Civil Engineer from the University of Piura, with a Master of Science degree from the Polytechnic School of the University of Sao Paulo.
He has developed research projects in the areas of Engineering with emphasis on Construction Materials specifically within the area of Concrete Technology, eco-efficient concrete, concrete durability, among others.
Additionally, he has participated in various consultancies in concrete design, pathology, and quality control. He is currently a university professor at the University of Piura with over 10 years of experience in teaching and training.
