Negotiation and Persuasion Course in Engineering Projects

Problem solving is a key task for managers, and the ability to solve them is what distinguishes the best ones, with negotiation being fundamental in their implementation. We often lack essential knowledge to negotiate and sell our engineering projects in general, as well as to carry out an adequate and successful execution phase of the same with our clients and stakeholders, generating conflict situations, which directly affect the profitability of the project and the emotional health of those involved; both from the side of our entrepreneurship and/or ongoing business, or if we are part of an organization and we are entrusted with this work.

Aim

The participant will learn a general structure to negotiate in any circumstance, as well as tools and techniques to apply them from the first moment, in addition to the knowledge to plan and organize a negotiation.

You will learn and reflect on the use of negotiation and improvement of the entire context of an engineering project, that is, in situations with clients, partners, collaborators, etc.

The course is aimed at engineering and architecture professionals, businessmen and other professionals related to engineering projects in general.
