An Industrial Engineer from the University of Piura, with Master's degrees in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan, Italy, and in Natural Resources Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), Spain. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Sustainability at UPC, specializing in applied innovation and territorial development. He has over 10 years of experience designing training programs and supporting innovation teams in universities, companies, and communities. He served as a director at Caja Paita for six years, leading institutional transformation processes and capacity building in the financial sector. He has led sustainable innovation projects funded through competitive grants for over 12 years. He currently teaches the Entrepreneurship and Business Agility course at the University of Piura.

An Industrial Engineer and MBA graduate from the University of Piura, he holds international certifications in Project Management (PMP®), Scrum Master Certified (SMC®), and agile methodologies. He has over 15 years of experience leading teams in sectors such as operations, logistics, projects, and digital transformation. He has trained professionals and public and private organizations in predictive and agile approaches applied to continuous improvement, productivity, and strategic decision-making. Currently, he works as a consultant and instructor on organizational agility, leadership, and project management.
