Master of Architecture Luis Carlos Castillo Huamán
Architect from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Master's degree in Urban Design, specializing in Smart Cities, from the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London. A professional with a background in research focused on urban sustainability, climate resilience, and artificial intelligence applied to urban planning and architecture. More than 10 years of national and international work experience in areas such as Urban Design and Planning, Architectural Computational Design, BIM Management, and Project and Construction Management. Currently, he is the Coordinator of the Urban Planning Department, a professor in the Architecture Program, and a collaborator at the Institute of Urban and Territorial Studies at the University of Piura.

 

Architect Edsmilda Martínez Hidalgo
An architect from the University of Piura and a master's candidate in Architecture, Urban Planning, and Sustainable Territorial Development at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, she has experience in urban planning, territorial development, and the environment. She has actively participated in international research and cooperation projects focused on urban sustainability, territorial planning, and smart cities. She has presented at national and international forums and is a co-author of specialized articles on urban gardens, public space, and urban health. She currently collaborates with the Institute of Urban and Territorial Studies at the University of Piura.
