Civil Engineer from the University of Piura and MBA from the PAD of the University of Piura. He has 15 years of professional experience, most of which have been dedicated to the knowledge, development and implementation of Planning and Economic Control methods for construction projects with a mixed construction and corporate approach.
He is currently General Manager of BALTEZ SAC, a consulting firm specialized in Project Management and Construction Company Management which he founded in 2019.
Civil Engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and candidate for a Master's Degree in Project Management and Administration from the UCP Graduate School. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in execution and management of construction projects inside and outside the country, predominantly in road works; He has worked in leading companies in the sector, leading multidisciplinary teams both in projects and in their corporate headquarters, teams with which he has achieved excellent results for clients and their employers.
He is currently Project Manager in the construction of the first hydraulic concrete pavement road in our country and founding partner of BALTEZ SAC
Civil Engineer from the National University of San Agustín de Arequipa and a Master's degree in Road Management from the University of Piura.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the construction sector, having participated in the execution of road, civil and mining infrastructure construction projects and held the position of Head of Proposals for tenders in leading construction companies. His discipline and technical criteria stand out, allowing great assertiveness with his estimates with the objective of achieving the awards and subsequent obtaining good results during the execution of the works.
He currently works as part of the management staff of the Besalco – Stracon Consortium in the management of two projects of comprehensive river defense solutions in Trujillo and Tumbes for the ARCC and is a founding partner of BALTEZ SAC
