Presentation

Today, organizations operate in a global market where competitiveness goes far beyond quality and productivity, transcending to the development and protection of personnel, their infrastructure and operational assets without affecting the environment, satisfying the stakeholders involved in the activities that have an influence.

Global statistics from the ISO Survey 2023 reveal an increase in the certification of systems, averaging 221,330 units annually worldwide compared to the previous year. Significant increases were seen in Latin America, with approximately 91,330 units certified (based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018). While Latin America is at an intermediate level of growth globally, a significant formalization gap remains. This scenario underscores the need for integrated management of improvement systems to be user-friendly, agile, and based on criteria that synchronize decision-making. Integration should consider simplifying the application structure, minimizing implementation effort, integrating communication processes, and optimizing the lifecycles and utility of assets within organizations.
