To obtain the Doctorate in Engineering with a specialization in Automation, Control, and Process Optimization, the candidate must: submit a doctoral thesis endorsed by the advisor(s) appointed by the Doctoral Program Director; have the doctoral thesis approved after its public presentation; have presented two articles at two important and internationally relevant academic events or journals; and demonstrate proficiency in two foreign languages.
