Step 1:
To register and be admitted to the doctoral program, the applicant must send the following requirements to doctorado.ime@udep.edu.pe:
1. Application for admission.
2. Admission form to define payment method (cash or financing).
3. Proof of data transfer.
4. Simple copy of the following documents:
- Identity document or other identity document (for foreigners).*
- Master's degree certificates. *
- Master's degree recognized by SUNEDU. If you are a student in a foreign Master's program, you must submit your apostilled degree.
- Proof of proficiency in a foreign language.*
5. Two cover letters, in sealed envelopes, issued by professors or direct supervisors.
6. Curriculum vitae not documented.
7. Receipt of payment for evaluation fee and administrative expenses.
8. A digital photo for the university ID card:
- In color, matte, white background and without lenses.
- The image should focus on the student's face from the shoulders. Do not show half body.
- Formal outfit.
- Extension: jpg.
- Dimensions 240×288 pixels.
- Minimum resolution: 300dpi.
- File size no larger than 50kb.
*If admitted to the program, you must submit a legalized copy and documented CV.
Step 2:
- Evaluation of the admission application with the complete file.
- Evaluation by the selection committee.
- Personal interview.
- Selection of applicants.
- Admitted candidates will receive an official admission letter.
- Acceptance and signing of the Academic Regulations.
