Step 1:

To register and be admitted to the doctoral program, the applicant must send the following requirements to doctorado.ime@udep.edu.pe:
1. Application for admission.
2. Admission form to define payment method (cash or financing).
3. Proof of data transfer.
4. Simple copy of the following documents:

• Identity document or other identity document (for foreigners).*
• Master's degree certificates. *
• Master's degree recognized by SUNEDU. If you are a student in a foreign Master's program, you must submit your apostilled degree.
• Proof of proficiency in a foreign language.*

5. Two cover letters, in sealed envelopes, issued by professors or direct supervisors.
6. Curriculum vitae not documented.
7. Receipt of payment for evaluation fee and administrative expenses.
8. A digital photo for the university ID card:

• In color, matte, white background and without lenses.
• The image should focus on the student's face from the shoulders. Do not show half body.
• Formal outfit.
• Extension: jpg.
• Dimensions 240×288 pixels.
• Minimum resolution: 300dpi.
• File size no larger than 50kb.

*If admitted to the program, you must submit a legalized copy and documented CV.

Step 2:

• Evaluation of the admission application with the complete file.
• Evaluation by the selection committee.
• Personal interview.
• Selection of applicants.
• Admitted candidates will receive an official admission letter.
• Acceptance and signing of the Academic Regulations.
