Protocols for face-to-face work at UDEP
This was the return to the campuses of the administrative staff in Piura and Lima.
INFORMATION OF INTEREST
CAMPUS PYoURA
Door hours
- Front door : 24 hours, after 10:0 pm with restriction.
- palm trees door : 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Saint Josemaria Gate : 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Laguna del Chipe Gate : Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 10:00 pm and Saturdays from 6:30 am to 2:00 pm
Coffee shops
. Frying Pan and Handle (Entrance to Beach 1).

. La Cafeta (building E)
. Gutza (On the oval, on the way to the Education building)
They serve from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm
Vending machines:
- You can purchase water, soda, cookies, and snacks from machines located in campus buildings.
Delivery:
If you use this service from external businesses, the delivery of the product will be made in the parking lots. Entry to the offices will not be allowed.
Remember:
- Do not share food, cutlery or personal items.
- Disinfect your hands with alcohol or wash them with soap and water
- Bring your own cutlery and eat food in your own containers.
Taxi service
The service of the taxi committee is available, whose units carry, as an element that identifies them, the image of Saint JosemarĆa.
The service rates have been updated according to the starting point of the vehicles (beach 1, beach of the Faculty of Law and beach of Building E). You can know the cost of mobilityĀ here.
You can also coordinate application taxis or have a private service. The driver must indicate the name of the person he is going to pick up and the beach he is going to.
Attendance marking
Use the dialing system installed in the buildings to register your entry and exit from campus, in the morning and afternoon. Remember that there are dispensers nearbyĀ of alcoholĀ so you can disinfect your hands after using the equipment.
Internal Procedures
The attention to manage service orders, purchase orders, ODPs, tool requests, etc. It will remain in virtual mode, as until now, and through the corresponding area.
Warehouse deliveries: Opening hours Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 to 1:00 pm.

Treasury:
Service will continue virtually, considering that procedures such as managing payments, refunds and collections can be carried out from the banks' virtual platforms. For any questions, write to karin.rosillo@udep.edu.pe and/or moises.ramos@udep.edu.pe.
Degrees and titles
You can come to the Government Building during the following hours:
- Morning: Monday to Friday: 09:00 am ā 12 noon. and
- Afternoons: Monday to Thursday: 4:30 pm ā 05:30 p. m
To collect documents you must present your ID.
Other services
1. Health Services:
To request in-person care, the patient must call (073) 284500 ā annex 3972, or cell phone 969 081 686 (calls only, not WhatsApp messages), and answer some questions to determine if they have symptoms compatible with COVID-19. . The person with suspected symptoms or who tests positive for COVID-19 will not be able to enter the university campus.

We are ready for the return in person. We share the door schedules from February 21:
- Olaya Pedestrian Gate (Olaya Headquarters): 06:30 am ā 23:00 pm
- Bellavista Pedestrian Gate (Olaya Headquarters): 06:30 am ā 23:00 pm
- Bellavista Vehicular Gate (Olaya Headquarters): 06:30 am ā 23:00 pm
- Pardo Pedestrian Gate (Pardo Headquarters): 06:30 am ā 23:00 pm
- Diagonal Pedestrian Gate (Diagonal Headquarters): 07:30 am ā 23:00 pm
Remember that authorized personnel will ask you to enter the QR code that the Laus application generates. Complete the daily Health Monitoring before leaving home.

Parking lots
Campus Lima parking lots are available for administrative and teaching staff. The vehicle capacity can be verified at this link:Ā https://www.udep.edu.pe/estacionamiento
If there is no space, remember that there are spaces in the Los Portales parking lot (located in Kennedy Park).
You must stamp the ticket at the exit of your activities on campus. You have 10 minutes to get to the parking lot and present it.Ā

The in-person delivery of degrees and titles began on February 21 through the Alumni office.
1. Document delivery takes place 2 times a week: Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
2. Graduates will coordinate their requirements by call or email
3. The service takes place in the Alumni office, where the aforementioned graduates can enter one by one to avoid crowds.

USE OF MASKS
Regarding the mandatory use of a double mask or a KN95, the following applies:
