Organizations today face an environment marked by rapid digital transformation, automation, the emergence of new technologies, and rising customer expectations for service experience. In this context, many companies still operate with traditional models that hinder innovation, differentiation, and the generation of sustainable value.
Today, competing solely on price or efficiency is no longer enough. Companies need to redesign their services, strategically integrate technology, build memorable experiences, and develop organizational cultures capable of adapting to constant change. However, a significant gap exists between the need to innovate and the actual capabilities in leadership, strategic design, and organizational transformation within companies.
Aware of this reality, the University of Piura, in partnership with the University of Chile, presents the International Program in Service Evolution. This program provides comprehensive, applied training to design, transform, and scale innovative services in highly dynamic and digital environments. Through a practical, collaborative methodology focused on real-world challenges, participants will learn to integrate innovation, customer experience, technology, and organizational strategy to build more competitive and sustainable service models.
The program combines service design tools, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, innovative business models, and change leadership, enabling participants to develop concrete solutions with organizational impact. Furthermore, it incorporates an international and multidisciplinary perspective, supported by faculty and consultants with extensive executive experience in Latin America and global markets.
The program is aimed at directors, managers, functional leaders and professionals who participate in processes of innovation, customer experience, digital transformation, operations, strategy, quality or service development within public or private organizations.
It is also geared towards consultants, entrepreneurs and specialists seeking to strengthen their capabilities to design user-centered services, lead change processes and implement scalable and sustainable innovation initiatives.
At the end of the program, participants will be able to diagnose innovation opportunities, redesign service experiences, build innovative business models, and lead organizational transformation processes aligned with the business strategy.
