She also holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Digital Transformation from INCAE Business School. She participated in the 1st International Academic Mission in Corporate Communication at the University of Navarra.

Director of Innovation at Verne Communication and Innovation. He has collaborated with various companies in sectors such as Telecommunications, Consumer Goods, Retail, Banking, Tourism, Insurance, Mining, Energy, Government, etc. Winner of innovation projects for Innovate Peru, third and fourth generations. Mentor at Innova Peru. He is the director of the Community Management and Content Strategy program at UPC Graduate School. He teaches postgraduate courses at the University of Piura, teaches Corporate Programs at the University of Engineering and Technology (UTEC), and is a contributing columnist for the Gestión newspaper.

He was an International Facilitator for the Wadhwani Foundation in India and certified as a teacher trainer in entrepreneurship by KOICA and Inha University in South Korea. He was a researcher in Systems Dynamics, an advisor to Entrepreneurship and Innovation Incubators, a mentor for technology-based startups, and a consultant in Open Innovation & SEO.

He has over 150 hours of continuous training in courses on International Leadership, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, SEO, SEM, Google SEO, Business Analysis and Business Process Modeling, SCRUM, etc.

He teaches Generative Artificial Intelligence in postgraduate and continuing education programs at the University of Piura (UDEP). He also teaches at CENTRUM Business School.
