Therefore, the University of Piura offers the Specialized Program in Private Project Evaluation and Business Valuation Online to enhance the ability to evaluate investment projects and maximize the return on investment within organizations, considering the determination of business value as a specific case of private project evaluation. This program will also analyze the main methodologies for business valuation, enabling participants to determine when to acquire or sell a company.
At the end of the program, the participant will be able to:
- Valuing real and financial assets, which allows you to make better decisions in investment projects.
- To evaluate, from a financial perspective, the economic feasibility of investment projects.
- Determining the value of companies, allowing for better decisions regarding the purchase or sale of companies.
The Program is aimed at:
- Professionals from different sectors belonging to the financial area who, due to their work, are related to investment decision-making within an organization.
- Investment consultants.
- Certificate of specialization: It will be awarded to participants who have passed the program with a minimum grade of twelve (12) and have more than 80% of class attendance.
- Certificate of participation: It will be awarded to participants who do not pass the program, but who have more than 80% of class attendance.
