You will learn the fundamentals of modern business analytics and how it is applied in today's organizations to increase their value. Real-world examples of successful companies implementing these strategies will be reviewed.
This section will cover the fundamentals of Python and classic visual analysis techniques using Pandas. You will learn the basics of cost minimization in machine learning algorithms, specifically gradient descent, and finally, classic cross-validation methods.
The main regression models will be taught, starting with linear regression, as well as the importance of this approach, and along with this, non-linear models that derive from the assumptions of this model will be seen.
The main classification models and their applicability in various business examples will be taught. Emphasis will be placed on the power of these algorithms as a predictive machine learning method.
A series of real-world applications of regression and classification models will be taught. These are based on general financial and business experiences.
You will learn the fundamentals of modern Deep Learning through instruction on neural networks. Some applications of these networks will be demonstrated, and you will learn how to program them using Keras. Additionally, some applications of generative artificial intelligence will be covered.
