In an increasingly competitive work environment, leading people and organizations demands much more than technical skills or management ability. It requires understanding human nature, exerting influence ethically and purposefully, and building teams based on trust, service, and talent development to achieve results. This is the kind of leadership the world needs, and one that organizations are beginning to value urgently.
Therefore, the University of Piura has designed the Specialized Program in Managerial Leadership, The aim is to contribute to leadership education as an opportunity to promote the holistic development of individuals, thereby building fairer, stronger, and more sustainable organizations. Furthermore, it seeks to develop well-rounded individuals capable of becoming better professionals and role models within their organizations.
Aimed at professionals who already hold leadership positions or are preparing to take on that challenge and who wish to learn and apply management tools from an anthropological and organizational perspective, in order to have the ability, from their vocation and responsibility, to promote talent and manage their teams with excellence.
Finally, participants will receive a Certificate of Specialization in Managerial Leadership awarded by the Graduate School of the University of Piura, strengthening their professional profile and differentiating them in the labor market.

- Certificate of specialization:
It will be awarded to participants who have passed the program with a minimum grade of twelve (12) and have more than 80% of class attendance.
- Certificate of participation:
It will be awarded to participants who do not pass the program, but who have more than 80% of class attendance.
