Master in Management and Organization of Information and Communication Systems – Polytechnic University of Madrid. Industrial and Systems Engineer and Systems Analyst from the University of Piura. He has worked in private and state entities during the years 2004 to 2010, doing software development work. From 2012 until today he has participated in different Software development projects financed by Concytec, Fincyt and Fondecyt, and also for private companies and municipal funds. He is currently a contracted professor at the University of Piura for software development courses. In parallel, he carries out software development projects in programming languages such as PHP and JAVA for different private entities. |
